Tribute Eatery & Bar is a neighborhood gathering place in Coralville featuring elevated comfort food, handcrafted cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our kitchen team takes pride in creating memorable experiences through quality ingredients and attention to detail.
Compensation ranges from $15-$22 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends based on business needs and availability.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes according to company standards
- Set up and stock stations with food, supplies, and equipment
- Cook menu items using grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and other preparation methods
- Follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency standards
- Properly label, store, and handle food in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each shift
- Complete assigned cleaning duties, inventory checks, and food storage documentation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members
- Support both prep and line operations as needed
- Assist with additional back-of-house responsibilities and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant, prep cook, or line cook experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
