Tribute Eatery & Bar is a vibrant full-service restaurant and bar in Coralville, Iowa, serving crave-worthy comfort food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers. Known for our energetic atmosphere and welcoming team, we have quickly become a local favorite.

We are looking for a Dishwasher who is reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused, and ready to play an essential role in our kitchen’s success. This position is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. Starting Pay for Dishwashers: $15 per hour and up based on experience.

Schedule: We are looking for team members who are available for weekday daytime shifts and brunch (Sunday 9am–2pm). Shifts are flexible and can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 30 hours per week or more.

Expectations

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand and/or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Cleans trash receptacles
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Must frequently immerse hands in water.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
