Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring experienced Servers to join our team!

Tribute Eatery & Bar is a lively full-service restaurant and bar featuring comfort food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers. We’re known for our welcoming atmosphere, high-energy service, and commitment to creating a great guest experience, making us a favorite in the community.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Servers who are passionate about hospitality and ready to help deliver memorable experiences. Whether you’re looking for seasonal work or something longer-term, Tribute offers a place to grow and be part of a great team.

Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

Schedule: Part time weekday evenings and weekends, with Sunday availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and guide them through the dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas
  • Reset and prepare tables efficiently between guests
  • Process payments and complete transactions accurately
  • Complete opening, closing, stocking, and sidework duties
  • Follow sanitation, food safety, and health standards
  • Support fellow FOH and BOH team members during busy shifts
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food or beverage trays
